CWTC
Don Rulis is an experienced professional who has been working at CWTC since January 1997. Currently serving as the Administrator of Vocational Services, Don also works as a Surveyor at CARF International since 2010. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health with a focus on Health Planning and Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 1989 and 2003.
