Marlon Ocampo

Marlon Ocampo has extensive experience in sales and business development. Marlon most recently worked as the Regional Sales VP - ASIA at CXC since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the AVP Sales - SEA and ANZ at Skuad from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, Marlon was the Regional Sales Director & Head of Client Engagement at PeopleStrong. Before that, they worked as the Country Sales Manager at Adrenalin eSystems Ltd from 2017 to 2020. Marlon also has experience as a Business Development Consultant at Mercer Philippines from 2014 to 2017 and as a Business Development Manager - Philippines at Aon Hewitt from 2013 to 2014.

Marlon Ocampo attended De La Salle University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BSC degree in Marketing Management.
