Angelia Woodward has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Angelia began their career at RxAmerica in 2003 as a Quality Assurance-Member Services, where they provided guidance and resolved non-compliant issues. Angelia then moved to Ceridian in 2006 as a Client Service Manager for Reimbursement Accounts Employers, where they monitored renewals and improved customer satisfaction through customized measurement tools. In 2008, they joined HealthEquity as a Reimbursement Account Operations/Employer Services Manager, where they implemented a technological platform and created a customer experience team to improve processes. Angelia later became the Reimbursement Accounts Operations Director, contributing to the development of self-pay portals and automating reimbursement administration. Angelia then joined Extra Space Storage in 2021 as a Quality Assurance Manager before transitioning to their current role as a Non-Discrimination Testing (NDX) Product Manager at CXC Solutions in 2022.

Angelia Woodward obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in Global Logistics Management from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2019 to 2020.
