Christophe Caïs

Christophe Caïs is the Chief Executive Officer of Customer Experience Group, a company Christophe founded in 2017. Christophe is also the Chairman of the Board of Albatross CX, a global customer experience agency. Christophe is a Member of Forbes Agency Council, and previously served as Chairman of the Board at Activate® Experience. Additionally, Christophe was the General Manager & co-founder of Biche de Bere and worked as a Purchasing Manager at Schratter Foods USA. Christophe has a background in finance, having worked as an Accountant Intern at Massat Rivaud Management. Christophe holds a degree from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and attended Harvard Business School.
