Tonya R. Cruise has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Tonya R. started their career in 1996 at Bankers Insurance Group, where they held various roles, including Operational Support/Quality Control Trainer/Supervisor and Corporate Planning Analyst. Tonya R. then became the Operations Manager and later Assistant Vice President and Vice President of BinTech Partners. In 2014, they moved to UPC Insurance as a Senior Property Underwriter. The same year, they joined CX Insurance Services, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer.
Tonya R. Cruise attended the University of South Florida, College of Business Administration from 1996 to 2000. Tonya R. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Management.
