Peep Laja

Peep Laja is the CEO of CXL, a consultancy they founded in 2011. Peep was the active CEO until 2016, and has been a board member since.

Prior to CXL, Peep was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AIESEC UAE from July 2004 to February 2006. In this role, they were responsible for overall organization country operations management, client partnership management & selling, service product development, and staff training and coaching.

Peep has also served as the Head of Marketing and co-founder of Traindom from November 2009 to October 2011, and as a Digital Marketing Consultant and founder of Panama Internet Marketing from September 2007 to June 2009.

Most recently, Peep was the Head of Sales and Marketing for Real24.ae from March 2006 to March 2007.

Peep Laja has a B.Sc in IT Management from International University Audentes and is a CXL Certified Optimizer in Conversion Optimization. Peep also has a certification from CXL Institute in Google Analytics.
