CXO Nexus is where executives come together to maximize their personal and organizational performance. We pair expert advisory with pragmatic platforms and a curated executive community to turn intent into impact. Our initial focus in on technology leaders and helping other executives understand the opportunity to leverage technology as a force multiplier for your organization.

Nexus Performance Edge — Our performance enablement program + platform to assess, re-engineer, and continuously optimize your IT operating model. We focus on the metrics that matter to CIOs: flow time & throughput/FTE, change success rate, MTTR, service reliability, cost-to-serve, incident deflection, backlog burn-down, APM rationalization, and CMDB/data quality. Start with a rapid performance assessment and move to an operating cadence that sustains gains.

Nexus Career Navigator — A structured path and toolset for technology leaders to clarify direction, design their next chapter, and accelerate into it—whether you’re stepping into a bigger seat, navigating a career shift, or exploring board work or the optionality of a portfolio career.

Nexus Converge — A curated community and recurring forum for senior business and technology leaders focused on strategy, leadership, and innovation.

Why Choose Nexus? Our founders are seasoned operators, not theorists.
Michael Fulton — 3 time CxO with expertise in digital transformation and IT operating models
Jason Skidmore — technology talent expert, CEO & ecosystem builder
Troy Gibson — former CTO and fractional CIO operator; execution-first transformation leader.

If you lead growth through technology, we’ll help you do it faster and smarter—with performance you can measure.
