Chris Gwiazda

Chris Gwiazda is an experienced financial executive with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Fractional and Interim CFO at CXO Partners since August 2025, Chris has held prominent positions including Chief Financial Officer at OVERWATCH and Charleston Battery, where Chris also served as Co-Owner. Previous roles include Fractional CFO at Ascent CFO Solutions and CFO at Thistle Community Housing. Chris has ownership experience with Boulder Equestrian Center and has contributed as CFO at Tongal, Interim CFO at THQ, and CFO at A. Smith & Company and Generate. Chris holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business, and a JD from Rutgers Law School.
