Dan Marous

Dan Marous is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at CXO Partners since March 2024, Dan leads transformational improvements for organizations through C-suite consultancy. As an Advisor at LPTK Consulting since June 2023, Dan supports emerging growth companies in developing supply chain strategies and enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, Dan held significant leadership roles at TegraGlobal, managing customer operations and integrating demand and supply. At Finish Line, Dan served as EVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer, overseeing key logistical and inventory operations. Dan's career began at Procter & Gamble, followed by a successful tenure at Staples, where multiple vice president roles shaped expertise in fulfillment and delivery. Dan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from Miami University.
