Johnathan Jaya Sudhir is an experienced executive with a strong background in business development and technology integration. Currently serving as Executive Director at CXS Analytics since June 2022, Johnathan leads efforts in providing analytics solutions tailored to the global market amid the demands of the 4th Industrial Revolution. As a Co-Founder of Smart Decor since January 2019, Johnathan facilitates technology adoption in the interior design and furniture industry to boost efficiency and audience reach. Additionally, Johnathan founded Havasu Sdn Bhd, a financial services firm in Kuala Lumpur, in June 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Business Development Manager at Straits Grid from January 2016 to December 2018. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Monash University, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
