Narasimhalu Senthil

Narasimhalu Senthil is the founding partner at CxSearch. Narasimhalu has over 25 years of experience in the executive search and recruitment industry. Prior to CxSearch, Senthil was a general manager at PMAM Corporation where they developed the IT services component of the business in UK & Europe. Narasimhalu also worked as an executive search consultant at TRANSEARCH International, one of the world’s leading retained executive search firms.

Narasimhalu Senthil completed a B. Tech in Information Technology from the University of Madras. Narasimhalu then went on to earn an MBA in Human Resource Management from Alagappa University.
