Raju Kapoor

Raju Kapoor is the founding partner at CxSearch, a retained search firm with a strong focus on helping clients hire for positions that are highly specialized. Raju was previously a partner at Niche Search Partners from April 2018 to April 2019. At Niche Search Partners, Raju was responsible for the company's brand identity, which was designed to be impactful and reflective of the company's core industries: Manufacturing, Engineering, Process, and Infrastructure.

Raju has extensive experience in crafting brand identities and marketing campaigns that are both impactful and memorable. Raju is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions that achieve objectives. Raju is a competent and confident leader who inspires trust and respect from those around him.

Raju Kapoor has a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Fr. C. Rodrigues College of Engineering, Mumbai. Raju also has a 10th Standard from Seth Anand Ram Jaipuria Public School. Raju is currently enrolled in an Advanced Management Program at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
