Soujanya Adari worked as a freelance Technical Recruiter from May 2020 to April 2022, with a focus on IT, IT Consulting, Financial Services, and Banking domains. In May 2022, they joined CY9 as a Technical Recruiter, where they gained knowledge on IT technologies and client requirements, sourced and closed candidates, and worked with multiple visa types.

Soujanya Adari earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Chaitanya Degree College for Women in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they attended CHAITANYA DEGREE & PG COLLEGE where they earned their Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Soujanya also attended Dav public school, vizag steel plant from 1999 to 2000 for school education.
