Jason Wintle CMgr MCMI, GCGI

Jason Wintle has extensive work experience, starting in 1994 with the British Army. In their role as Senior Communications Manager and Risk Manager & IT Security Manager, they were responsible for designing and implementing the digital radio telecommunications plan for a regiment of 500 personnel. Jason also oversaw the IT security policy and security of all IT equipment.

Later, Jason served as a Senior HR Manager and Telecommunications Engineering Specialist, managing a team of 50 specialists providing communications support to an organization of 540 soldiers. Jason developed and implemented communication management plans for soldiers during training and operations, utilizing both mobile and static platforms. Jason also managed a fleet of 50 specialist mobile communication vehicles.

In their role as Information Systems Supervisor and Operations Manager, Jason was responsible for managing the communications systems and fleet of over 50 vehicles/platforms. Jason ensured availability of approximately £1 million worth of communications equipment.

Currently, Jason works as a Technical Support Specialist at Cyacomb, a position they took on in 2021.

Jason Wintle CMgr MCMI, GCGI has a diverse education history that spans from 1994 to 2018. Jason began their education at the British Army, where they focused on Communications Consultancy, Crypto, Digital Forensics, Logistics, Transport, and Warehouse Management. However, no specific degree was mentioned in this period. Later on, they pursued further education at the Chartered Management Institute, specializing in Strategic Leadership and Management (QCF). Lastly, they attended City & Guilds, where they obtained a degree in Leadership and Management.
