Joe has extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance, having held various roles in different companies such as Director of Engineering Services and Product Design Engineer. In addition to their professional career, Joe is also a dedicated volunteer at the Boy Scouts of America, where Joe has served in various leadership roles. Joe holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Western New England University.
