Martin Cernak

Martin Cernak has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles.

Martin started their career as a Junior IT System Administrator at Netcentives.com in 2001. Although initially hired for a short period, their exceptional performance led to the extension of their contract.

From 2001 to 2003, Martin worked at Orange Slovensko, a.s. where they served as a Product Manager for Data & Messaging in the Marketing department. Martin then briefly took on the role of Global Marketing Coordinator before being promoted to Head of Data & Messaging Products & Services in 2004.

In 2010, Martin joined Microsoft Slovakia s.r.o. as the Microsoft Office Division Business Group Lead. In this position, they demonstrated their expertise in B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Customer Success Management. Martin assumed responsibilities for reporting, product management, and business development of various Microsoft products and services.

Martin returned to Orange Slovensko, a.s. in 2015 as the Head of Corporate Strategy and CSO Deputy. Martin held this position for five years, contributing significantly to the company's strategic decisions.

In 2020, Martin joined Cyan Digital Security as a Go-to-Market Consultant. Later, they transitioned to the role of Senior Account Manager, Commercial Team, MNO&ISP in January 2021.

Throughout their career, Martin has demonstrated their ability to deliver tangible value to enterprise customers, exhibit strong leadership skills, and successfully contribute to corporate strategies.

Martin Cernak earned a Masters degree in Management of Information Systems from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave. Martin attended the university from 1997 to 2001.
