Nanci Gonyea has worked in a variety of roles in the telecommunications industry since 1990. Nanci began their career at the State of Arizona as a Program and Projects Specialist III. In 1997, they moved to Norstan Communications, where they served as a Telecommunications Design Team and Outsourcing Specialist. From 1999 to 2002, they worked at Accenture as a Telecommunications Analyst. During their time at Accenture, they were promoted to Consultant and was responsible for a variety of tasks, including wiring 110 block, Lucent G3si programming, creating vectors in the Lucent switch, Octel Aria 250 programming, Oryx Mobility server programming, ISI-Infortext toll fraud system, training on telephone features, voice mail, and Oryx, billing related to telecommunications equipment, and project management for Seattle. In 2002, Nanci moved to AT&T as a Senior Technical Associate II. Nanci then worked at Black Box Network Services from 2012 to 2015 as a Project Manager. From 2015 to 2021, they were a Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo. In 2021, Nanci became semi-retired and in 2022 they will join CYAN360 as a Senior Project Coordinator.
Nanci Gonyea's education history includes attending Morgan Park High School from 1971 to 1974, where they obtained a degree, and North Central University from 1975 to 1977, where they studied Music and Sign Language. Nanci also attended Glendale Community College, Mott Community College, and AT&T on line, although the duration of their studies at these institutions is unknown.
