Benoit Alvarez

Benoit Alvarez is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and software development. From January 2022 to June 2024, Benoit served as Chief Executive Officer of QBox, a leading conversational AI testing solution company acquired by Cyara Inc, with notable clients like Accenture and Disney. Prior to QBox, Benoit was the Managing Director at the Colombo Centre for Cognitive Computing from February 2017 to January 2022, focusing on AI solutions to enhance human performance. Benoit's career also includes significant roles at Volume, where Benoit held positions as Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director of the Volume Technology Centre after the acquisition of Intelligum Ltd, as well as earlier experience as a Java Developer at T-Systems and a Software Developer at Kenobee.
