Rishi Rana

Rishi Rana is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and President at Cyara since August 2023. Previously, Rishi held the position of Executive Vice President at PowerSchool from January 2022 to August 2023, overseeing three businesses and managing a P&L exceeding $120 million. Notable achievements include successfully integrating acquisitions, driving revenue and margin growth, and spearheading transformation initiatives. Rishi has also served as General Manager at PeopleAdmin, where leadership resulted in significant revenue growth, and as Chief Operating Officer at AGDATA, where transformation efforts substantially increased productivity and EBITDA.
