Shuja Zaroo

Shuja Zaroo is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Director of Engineering at Cyara since January 2025. Prior to this role, Shuja held the position of Senior Manager Engineering at Zenoti from December 2020 to January 2025, and worked as a Freelance Software Developer from August 2018 to December 2020. Shuja's career also includes significant roles at Broadridge as Associate Vice President, and at ADP as Senior Manager and Manager, specializing in BPM, Java/.NET application development, and project management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Leader and Project Leader focused on web application design and development, as well as a Senior Member Technical at ICICI One Source, where Shuja was involved in the development and maintenance of customized applications. Shuja earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kashmir between 1996 and 2000.
