Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager who can lead, mentor, and instill best practices within their team. This role requires a strong client-facing leader with the ability to replicate leadership skills and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and ensure the team adheres to company standards while fostering a positive, results-driven environment.
- Strategic Impact: Drive initiatives that support business objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enforce strict quality control.
- Customer Focus: Cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including selection and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Communication: Lead meetings and deliver clear, data-driven insights to inform operational decisions.
- Adaptability: Quickly respond to trends, monitor KPIs, and proactively address operational challenges.
- Workflow Management: Ensure efficient, timely service delivery that meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance, progress, and action plans.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience, proactively managing projects and effectively lead teams.
- Strong understanding of business processes, procedures, and operational workflows.
- Expertise in performance management, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple operational functions simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City
