We are seekingProject Administrators to support our Perth-based Workforce Management team in ensuring smooth employee mobilization to customer sites. This includes managing internal and customer-specific systems and applications. Based in the Philippines, this role is pivotal in supporting our dynamic growth and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Perth Workforce Management and Labour Sourcing teams.
  • Manage candidate profiles and compliance documentation in internal and customer systems.
  • Conduct audits, manage training bookings, and coordinate pre-employment medicals (PEMs) and drug and alcohol screenings (DAS).
  • Utilize systems such as IFS, Avature, Velpic, ERMS, Avetta, Pegasus and customer workforce management systems.
  • Book training and induction sessions and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
  • Track employee absences and ensure utilization data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in workforce management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using candidate databases.
  • Familiarity with IFS, Avature, Velpic, ERMS, Avetta, and Pegasus systems is highly advantageous!
  • Experience working for Australian clients in a mining/resources sector is a strong advantage!
  • Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (7am-4pm).
