Jorge A. García Medina

Jorge A. García Medina has been working in the finance industry since 2014. Jorge A. started as a Senior Accountant at Lend Lease in 2014, then moved to Grupo Presidente in 2016 as Jefatura Estados Financieros, Consolidacion Financiera. In 2017, they became a General Accountant at Smith & Nephew, and in 2018 they were promoted to Senior Financial Analyst at CooperVision. In 2019, they began working at Clip as a Financial Planner and at Cornershop as an Accounting Controller. In 2021, they joined Rappi as Head of Accounting Mx and in 2022 they were appointed FinOps Manager at Cybba.

Jorge A. García Medina has a diverse educational background. Jorge A. completed a Diplomado in Contabilidad internacional from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in 2019. Previously, they earned a Licenciatura in Contabilidad y finanzas from the same school in 2017. Jorge A. also completed a Finanzas corporativas from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Licenciatura in Administración y gestión de empresas, general from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2013. Additionally, they hold a Diploma of Education in IFRS from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
