Joseph Hector

Joseph Hector has been working in the IT industry since 2007. Joseph began their career as an L-2 Security Analyst at Best Buy, where they worked on security in multiple environments, including Windows AD security, Mainframe, UNIX and Oracle Financials. Joseph was also part of an on-call rotation handling security-related helpdesk issues and tickets. In 2010, they moved to Escape Key Computing, where they worked as a contractor, providing helpdesk support and workstation support for end users, as well as server tasks such as creating new users and setting up and deleting users in webmail-based solutions. In 2012, they became a Partner at Train Your PC, LLC. In 2013, they joined Network Access Products as a Network Analyst. Since 2015, they have been working as a Service Desk Admin at Cyber Advisors.

Joseph Hector attended Big Lake High School from 2003-2005, where they earned a Diploma with an Excellent Attendance record. Joseph then attended Alexandria Technical and Community College from 2005-2007, where they earned an Associate degree in Computer and Voice Networking; Applied Science.
