Tricia Mercer

Tricia Mercer currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for both the United Way of San Diego County and the San Diego Cyber Center of Excellence, where efforts are focused on addressing cybersecurity workforce and infrastructure challenges. As Chief People Officer and Vice President of People & Culture at INDUS Technology, Inc., Tricia Mercer has been instrumental in shaping organizational culture since May 2021. Prior experience includes over 17 years at Sentek Global in various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of People & Culture, alongside technical positions such as Program Manager for Cybersecurity Delivery and Cybersecurity Engineer. Tricia Mercer's academic background includes a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Trine University and specialized training from Accomplishment Coaching and Harvard Law School in conflict resolution and mediation.
