Tzach Horowitz

Tzach Horowitz has a comprehensive work experience in the field of information security and cyber security. In 2013, they served as a Cyber Security R&D Manager at IAI-ELTA. From 2017 to 2018, they held the role of CISO and CTO at Cyber Security Group (CSG). In 2017, they co-founded Cyber Guru srl and developed an innovative e-learning system for non-specialist personnel in organizations. Starting in 2019, Tzach Horowitz worked as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at various companies including Medix Global, Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG), Saltmine, FundGuard, Cyrus, and Final. In addition to their CISO roles, they acted as a CEO and CISO at Cyprotect since 2019. Overall, Tzach Horowitz has demonstrated expertise and leadership in the field of information security throughout their career.

Tzach Horowitz has a diverse education history. Tzach obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In 1984, they completed a Programming Course at Mamram. Prior to that, they attended Katzenelson High School from 1981 to 1984.

In terms of additional certifications, Tzach Horowitz has completed various courses and programs. Tzach obtained a CDPSE (Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer) certification from ISACA in December 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from (ISC)², completed in December 2020 and March 2017, respectively. Furthermore, they have completed multiple courses on Coursera, including "Amazon DynamoDB: Building NoSQL Database-Driven Applications," "Building Modern Python Applications on AWS," "Improve Your Python Code Using Amazon CodeGuru," "Modern Application Development with Python on AWS," and "Introduction to TensorFlow for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning." Tzach also completed the AWS Cloud Technical Essentials course on Coursera in November 2021.
