Dilip Baherwani

Dilip Baherwani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and client relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Cyber Infrastructure Private Limited since October 2007, Dilip oversees 24/7 operations, supervises a team of 40 executives, and focuses on service level management, cost control, and client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Dilip worked as a Customer Care Executive at R-TeC Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included handling customer inquiries and service requests for Sprint Wireless and Hutchison 3 Global Services. Dilip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Maulana Azad National Urdu University and completed high school at NDPS.
