Michael Herzog

Michael Herzog has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career in 1993 as a Human Resources Representative at Harrah's Shreveport Casino. Over the next few years, they held various roles at the same company, including Player Development Coordinator, Casino Services Supervisor, Marketing Supervisor, Slot Team Leader, Slot Games Manager, and Slot Operations Manager. In 2001, they became the Director of Slot Operations at Harrah's Shreveport Casino.

In 2003, Herzog moved to Harrah's Louisiana Downs, where they served as the Director of Slot Operations for a year. Michael then joined Sam's Town Hotel & Casino in 2004 and held the position of Director of Slot Operations until 2013. During this time, they also served as the Assistant General Manager at IP Casino Resort Spa from 2013 to 2014.

Herzog's next position was as the Director of Slot Operations at Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport from 2014 to 2016. Since 2017, they have been working at CyberReef, holding different roles such as Business Management Director, Director - SMB Sales, and currently as the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations.

Michael Herzog attended Tulane University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. In addition to their formal education, they also completed the Introductory Sommelier Course at the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas in August 2017.
