Tina Lehman

Tina Lehman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple decades. Tina started their career as a Financial Analyst at AT&T in 1990 and worked there until 1993. Tina then joined Lucent Technologies in 1994 as a Senior Manager in Product Management for Alcatel-Lucent Fixed Networks, VoIP, and Optical Transport products. At Lucent Technologies, they were responsible for defining product strategies, setting financial targets, developing product roadmaps, and supporting sales teams with product marketing collateral.

In 2009, Tina Lehman transitioned to Alcatel-Lucent as a Program Management Director, leading global, corporate-wide programs aimed at enhancing product master data quality and usability of data management tools. Tina also led an IT program to optimize the number of tools used to store and manage product design and manufacturing data.

From 2015 to 2020, Tina Lehman joined Bell Labs as the Director of Operations and Planning for Bell Labs Consulting. In this role, they focused on operations practice development and execution, financial commitment management, and staffing plan definition and execution to support customer projects.

In 2020, Tina Lehman worked at Nokia as part of the Real Estate team for North and South America before joining CyberReef as the Chief Financial Officer. In their current role, they prepare and presents financial results to the Board of Directors and Finance Committee, contributes to strategic plans, streamlines processes and procedures for operational improvements, and develops tools to achieve organizational goals.

Tina Lehman holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Marketing, which they obtained from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 1994 and 1996. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, although the specific dates of their undergraduate education were not provided. In addition to their formal education, Tina has also obtained certifications in Agile Foundations and Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn. The Agile Foundations certification was obtained in November 2019, while the Change Management Foundations certification was obtained in September 2019.
