Rick Bueno

Ricardo Bueno is a distinguished leader in the cybersecurity sector, currently serving as President and CEO, as well as Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Cyber Reliant Corp. since November 2010. Their advisory role at Utica University's Economic Crime and Cyber Security Institute emphasizes the development of impactful Cyber Masters Programs. Previously, Mr. Bueno held significant positions including Senior Counter Terrorism Advisor at the Institute for Defense Analyses, Mission Manager for the Afghan Mission Network with the USDI, and various engineering and strategic architect roles at IBM and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
