GR Mariano holds a degree in Computer Science from AMA University and has extensive experience in the cybersecurity and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Country Manager and previously as a Cyber Resilience Associate and Assistant at Cyber Rescue Alliance since September 2020, GR Mariano analyzes data breaches and cyber security trends. Prior roles include working as a Virtual Assistant at RippedBoxStation, a Learning Specialist and Customer Service Representative at Sitel, and a Customer Service Team Manager and Senior Training Specialist at Sutherland, demonstrating expertise in both training and customer service management.
