Gurubaran

Gurubaran KS has a diverse range of work experience in the cyber security industry. Gurubaran is currently the Co-Founder & Head of Operations at Cyber Writes, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations at Cyber Press, a Cyber Security Press Release Distribution Network, starting from January 2023 as well.

Gurubaran also has experience as a Co-Founder & Editor-in-Chief at Cyber Security News since October 2019 and as a Co-Founder and Editor in Chief at Cyber Security Updates since July 2016.

Before their ventures in media, Gurubaran worked as a PKI Security Engineer at Sectigo from October 2016 to September 2019, where they were responsible for PKI implementation and support, email encryption, and maintaining PKI-related documentation. Prior to that, they worked as a PKI Support Engineer at Comodo from June 2014 to May 2016.

Gurubaran KS obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from M.Kumarasamy College of Engineering, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. During the same period, they also completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) from Mahendra School.

Gurubaran has additional certifications in various fields. In December 2016, Gurubaran KS received the Certified Ethical Hacker certification from EC-Council. Gurubaran also has certifications in Advanced Cryptography, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert), and Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering, but the specific details regarding the obtaining month and year are not provided.
