As CEO and Founder of cyber-Wear, Baumgaertner has over 20 years of experience in promotional items, merchandising, and corporate fashion, specializing in full-service solutions for international companies. Additionally, Baumgaertner holds titles as CEO, President, and Founder of Cybergroup USA, Global Director of Sales and Founder of cyber-Wear Shanghai Ltd., and Global Director of Sales and Founder of Cybergroup UK Ltd. Steven is also CEO and Founder of CG Fulfillment + Logistics GmbH and serves as Managing Director of Fähnrich Invest GmbH, overseeing the real estate investments of Cybergroup International in Germany.
