Gil Shekel

Gil Shekel is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior QA Architect at CyberArk since November 2024. Previous positions include QA Automation Lead at Datagen from April 2022 to July 2023, and Quality Assurance Team Lead at LeasePilot from November 2018 to March 2022. Gil also contributed as a lecturer at SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, teaching a course on developing automation testing frameworks for video systems from January 2017 to December 2018. Early career roles encompassed Senior QA Engineer at Kaltura, Staff System Engineer at Cisco Systems, and Staff System Engineer at NDS Limited, alongside starting as a Testing Engineer at Comverse Technology, Inc. Educationally, Gil studied toward an MA in Philosophy of Science and holds a BA in Political Science, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
