Kurt Sand

Kurt Sand currently serves as the General Manager of Machine Identity Security at CyberArk, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this role, Kurt was the VP and Head of Automation Business in the Enterprise Software Division at Broadcom Inc., where leadership was provided to a global team delivering AI-driven automation solutions. Previous experience includes serving as VP and General Manager of Insight Software Business at NetApp, overseeing analytics software for hybrid storage and cloud infrastructure. Kurt has also held key positions at IBM as Director of Product Management and Strategy for the Rational Software Division and at Telelogic as Director of Product Management for ALM products. Early in the career, Kurt worked at IBM/Rational Software, DCS Corporation, and GE, where foundational engineering skills were developed. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
