Noa Mahalalel Shafir

Noa Mahalalel Shafir has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 2007 to 2014, they held various positions at ALUT, including Director of "Beit Or" and managing projects at the Youth Division. In 2013, they became the Professional Director of "kfar Ofarim" at ALUT - The Israeli Society for Autistic Children, where they were responsible for the overall well-being and management of staff and operations. In 2017, they joined UI - Human Factors Ltd. as a UX Consultant until 2020. Currently, they are working at Cyberbit as a Design Team Lead since March 2020, and as a Product Manager since February 2021.
