Roger Ley has a diverse background in technology and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at cyberconIQ, Roger focuses on reducing human factors as a key part of cyber defense. With experience as the Owner/Principal of RedShoe Technologies Inc., Roger specializes in web application design and development. In past roles such as Project Manager at the Nelson Civic Theatre Society and Director of Product Development at Helpcaster Technologies Inc., Roger has demonstrated skills in fundraising, marketing, and product development. Roger holds a B.SC in Computer Science from the University of Windsor.
