Eugene Safronov is the CEO and founder of CyberCraft, a software development company. Eugene has over 20 years of experience in the industry, and has been involved in a wide range of projects.

Safronov started their career in October 2006 with SoftServe, a company that provides software development services to Cisco Systems. Eugene worked as a senior project manager and program manager, overseeing a team of 80 engineers. The team was responsible for the complete software development life cycle, including software development, quality assurance, automation, and DevOps. Safronov was also responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment, employee evaluation and retention activities.

In January 2013, Safronov left SoftServe to start CyberCraft. The company specializes in custom software development, and has worked on a variety of projects for clients all over the world. Safronov is passionate about helping businesses succeed by providing them with the best possible software solutions.

Eugene Safronov has a Specialist degree in Economics and Management from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Eugene also has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same school. Eugene is certified as a Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance and as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist by Microsoft Corporation. Eugene is also certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, Inc.
