Ismo Paananen

Ismo Paananen is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in digital innovations and organizational leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Agendium Oy since January 2013, Ismo has successfully developed a collaborative tool for boards and teams. Additionally, Ismo serves as the Chairman of the Board at Lempäälän Kehitys Oy, focused on enhancing the business environment in Lempäälä for entrepreneurs and investors. Previously, Ismo held the position of Chairman of the Board for Lempäälän Yrittäjät r.y. from January 2016 to December 2021 and was a Co-Owner and Member of the Board at Avoine Oy, which provides membership management services for non-profits, from October 2008 to March 2019. Ismo also co-founded and served as CEO of Optinet Oy from January 1999 to June 2015, driving innovation in digital marketing and communications.
