Sharon Ofgang

Sharon Ofgang is a Technical Escalation Engineer at Cybereason since August 2023, focusing on resolving critical and complex issues through collaboration with Product, R&D, and DevOps teams while also enhancing the proficiency of the Technical Support organization.
