Brad Maughan, HCISPP

Brad Maughan, HCISPP has over 25 years of experience in the cybersecurity field. Brad began their career in 2001 as a National Account Manager at VeriSign, where they directed sales of products and services to more than 30 wireless carriers and OEMs. During their five-year tenure, they managed the third largest account and increased sales from $3M to $48M. In 2008, they moved to Sonus Networks, an IP infrastructure and networking firm, as the National Sales Director of Mobility Solutions, selling hardware, software and service solutions. Brad developed strategies to support CDMA, 3G, 4G and LTE incorporating multiple technologies. In 2009, they became the Executive Director of CTCC. In 2014, they became a Franchise Partner and Chief Sales Leader at S&H Distributing. In 2017, they joined Clearwater Compliance LLC as the Senior Director of Business Development. Clearwater Compliance is an industry leading provider of healthcare compliance and cyber risk management solutions. In 2020, they joined WireWheel as the Regional Director of Enterprise Sales. WireWheel is comprised of privacy experts, data scientists, cloud ninjas, PhDs, policy wonks and others who care deeply about data, privacy and building trust in the digital era. Finally, in 2021, they joined CyberForce|Q as the Regional Sales Director. CyberForce|Q has developed and implemented quantifiable programs that assess and execute safety measures for organizations of all sizes.

Brad Maughan received their Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas. Brad also holds certifications from WireWheel as a Privacy Management Professional (obtained in July 2020), from Microsoft as a Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 (obtained in April 2019), and from (ISC)2 as a HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) (obtained in February 2019).
