Leonardo Adrián Catalano

Leonardo Adrián Catalano has a diverse range of work experience in accounting and finance. Leonardo Adrián began their career as a Tax & Accounting Assistant at Accounting and Bookkeeping, where they worked closely with department heads to produce accurate financial reports. Leonardo then joined Deloitte Argentina as an External Auditor, conducting audits for financial, commercial, and public entities. Leonardo Adrián ensured compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards and provided reports and certifications to company management.

After gaining audit experience, Leonardo moved to AES as a Senior Accounting & Reporting professional. Leonardo Adrián prepared closing accounting and financial statements following USGAAP and migrated processes to a Shared Services Center. Leonardo Adrián also reported financial statements under local GAAP for foreign legal entities.

Leonardo further expanded their finance skills by joining Louis Dreyfus Company. Leonardo Adrián held two roles during their tenure, starting as a Regional Controller for the South America region. In this role, they managed and controlled accounting for the company's business unit, provided financial reporting and analysis, and ensured targets were met. Later, they assumed the position of Project Leader, overseeing design and development projects, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful project rollouts.

Most recently, Leonardo joined CyberFortress as the Accounting Lead - Special Projects. Here, they collaborate cross-functionally to execute new initiatives, develop process improvements, and provide more efficient reporting to stakeholders. Leonardo Adrián leads change management efforts and drives process improvement and alignment.

Throughout their career, Leonardo has demonstrated strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.

Leonardo Adrián Catalano has a diverse education history. Leonardo Adrián obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, completing an Executive MBA program from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they attended the University of Buenos Aires, where they completed a degree in Licenciado en Administración. Leonardo Adrián also completed a degree in Public Accountant from the same university in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Leonardo also obtained additional certifications. Leonardo Adrián became SAP Certified in Financial Accounting with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 in December 2014. Leonardo Adrián also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Buenos Aires City College of Professionals in Economics in November 2013.
