Tai Rattigan

Tai Rattigan has a long history of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2009, they began their career at American Express as a Sales/Business Development Manager for the Central Acquisition Team. Tai then moved to the Partner Marketing and Direct Sales team as a Marketing Executive/Business Development, and later became a Senior Centurion Executive - Account Manager. In 2013, they joined Optimizely as the Head of Partnerships (EMEA), and also held a Sales Manager role for the B2C team. In 2016, they moved to Amplitude Analytics as the Global Head of Partnerships and was part of the GTM leadership team from ~30 employees and ~$5MM ARR through to 450+ employees and $100MM+ ARR. In 2019, they joined GGV Capital as the Vice President of Business Development & Operations, and in 2021 they became the GM - Americas for AppFollow. Currently, they are the Founder of Partnership Leaders, the Global Head of Partnerships for Deel, a Board Director for CyberFortress, a GTM Advisor for Writer, and an Interim CRO for Partnered.

Tai Rattigan attended Oxford College of Marketing from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing. In 2015, they attended Stanford University and earned a Computer Science (CS101) degree in Computer Science. In 2016, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned a degree in The Iterative Innovation Process in Business. Tai also obtained an Optimizely Platform Certification from Optimizely in May 2014.
