Ben Lenton

Ben Lenton started their work experience in 2016 as an IKEA Co-worker at IKEA Group, where they worked until 2019. Ben then transitioned to a role as an English Teacher at Oasis Community Learning from September 2019 to November 2021. In November 2021, they pursued Full Stack Developer Training at Just IT, where they learned and applied development methodologies and programming practices. Ben completed this training in February 2022. Subsequently, Ben joined CyberHive in April 2022 as an Apprentice Software Developer. Throughout their various roles, Ben has gained proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as knowledge of frameworks and libraries including React, Django, and Bootstrap. Ben also has experience with version control using GitHub and is familiar with Agile, Scrum, unit testing, and REST Framework.

Ben Lenton's education history is as follows:

From 2015 to 2018, Ben attended the University of Reading where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature.

In 2021, Ben enrolled in the Just IT Software Development Bootcamp, focusing on Full Stack Software Development. Ben completed this program in 2022.

During the same period in 2021 to 2022, Ben also took Full Stack courses on Udemy to further enhance their knowledge and skills in Computer Software Engineering.

In 2019 and 2020, Ben pursued a Diploma of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching at Canterbury Christ Church University.

Before their university studies, Ben completed their A-Levels at Queen Mary's College, Basingstoke from 2013 to 2015. Ben'sA-Level subjects included English, Maths Mechanics, and Geography.

Prior to their A-Levels, Ben attended The Hurst Community College from 2008 to 2013, where they completed their GCSEs.

In addition to their formal education, Ben has obtained additional certifications. In February 2022, they completed the Skills Bootcamp in Software Development through Just IT. Ben also completed Rust Essential Training through LinkedIn in November 2022.
