Manal Ma has a diverse work experience in marketing and customer support. From 1997 to the present, they served as the VP of Marketing and Customer Support at CyberLink Corp. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1997, they were the Marketing Director at UMAX. From 1989 to 1992, they held the role of Marketing Communications Manager at ADI Corp.

Manal Ma obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University, completing their studies from 1982 to 1986.
