Shawn Hart

Shawn Hart has worked in the tech industry since 2001. Shawn started their career at Lockheed-Martin as a Lead Software Engineer, where they worked on the FBI UFB/MIR project. In 2005, they moved to Northrop Grumman as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed the WARSIM simulation platform. Later that same year, Hart joined Electronic Arts as a Development Director, where they managed product totaling in excess of $1.6B in annual sales on all titles shipped. In 2013, they were appointed Emerging Technologies/Game Development Director/Scrum Master at the Advanced Distributed Learning Co-Laboratory Hub. In 2015, they became Application Development Manager at AssistRx, Inc, where they fostered a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology. In 2016, they were appointed Director, Web Development and Enterprise Applications at Visit Orlando. In 2019, they became Director of Technology and Data Analytics at Native Hemp Solutions. In 2020, they were appointed Technology Lead/Systems Engineering/Architect at AVT Simulation. In 2021, they were appointed Engineering Manager at Soar Technology, Inc. Most recently, Hart was appointed Vice President, Cybersecurity and Director, Cybersecurity and Training Systems at Cybernet Systems Corporation in 2022.

Shawn Hart received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida between 1987 and 1994. Shawn has also obtained a variety of certifications, including Confidential, Secret, and Interim Top Secret Clearances from the DoJ/FBI/DoS/Homeland Security in August 2001, as well as multiple badges from the Salesforce Trailhead program.
