Rauni Lillemets

Rauni Lillemets has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and architecture. They started their career in 2010 as a Web Developer at Alignsoft OÜ, where they worked on the content-management part of a wedding website. Rauni then joined MassMedia OÜ as a Web Developer in 2010 and worked on various web development projects until 2011.

In 2011, Rauni joined Reach-U and held multiple roles over the years. As a Developer, they worked on different projects using various languages and frameworks, focusing on databases and scripting. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of a Software Architect, where they contributed to an R&D project for forest clear-cut detection and later led the development of mobile mapping systems. Rauni also worked on an innovative project for MKM, automating the process of applying for building permits using 3D models.

Currently, Rauni is working at Cybernetica as a System Analyst and Project Lead starting from 2021.

Rauni Lillemets completed their education at the University of Tartu. Rauni earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from 2007 to 2010. Rauni then pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics from 2013 to 2017.
