I am supporting The Cybernetics Society, which is a learned society and professional body promoting pure and applied cybernetics. The Society was founded in London in 1968, it is based in the UK but has a global membership. The Society was registered under the Friendly Societies Act in 1974 and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It holds conferences, scientific meetings, and other activities in support of the science and practice of cybernetics. The Society awards grades of membership and has an official journal, Enacting-Cybernetics. I created this page some years ago while I was Secretary and now it continues to support the Society as long as useful.
