Adelija Stanulė has a diverse work experience. Adelija'smost recent role was as a Security Project Manager at CyberNews, which they have been in since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Content Manager at CyberNews from November 2019 to February 2022. Before joining CyberNews, Adelija worked as a Content Manager at Tesonet from November 2018 to November 2019. Adelija also has experience as a News Editor at LRT from January 2016 to November 2018, where they edited news and press releases and managed social media. Adelija started their career as a Project Assistant Intern at Save the Children Lithuania in February to March 2015. Adelija then worked as a Cabin Attendant in Aviation Safety and Premium Cabin Services at Qatar Airways from June 2010 to August 2014. Additionally, Adelija has experience as a TV News Reporter Intern at LNK TV in September 2009, a News Editor at Alfa.lt from April to August 2008, and a Journalist Intern at Klaipeda region newspaper "Banga" in July 2007.

Adelija Stanulė has a comprehensive education history spanning from 2006 to 2016. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Vilnius University. As part of their undergraduate studies, Adelija participated in the Erasmus+ program and studied Journalism at the Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole for one year in 2009. Adelija also completed a short-term study abroad program at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) in 2008.

Adelija continued their educational journey and pursued a Master's Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at Vilnius University from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they also had the opportunity to participate in an international exchange program at the National University of Singapore in 2015, where they focused on Political Science.

In addition to their formal education, Adelija has obtained certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In December 2017, they completed the Creativity Workshop by Tomas Ramanauskas and Kristupas Sabolius, which was conducted by Creative Agency "News!" and a PhD in philosophy. Furthermore, in September 2017, they obtained the Fundamentals of Multimedia Reporting certification, delivered by Zoya Charles from BBC, at the Baltic Center for Media Excellence.
