Justė Balaišienė

Justė Balaišienė has a diverse work experience history. Justė is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Cybernews since September 2022. Previously, they worked at Amston from February 2019 to August 2022, where they held the positions of Team Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant. From January 2018 to February 2019, they worked at KTU Partnership Development and Career Centre as a Career Expert, where they were involved in various activities such as creating and developing programs for career competencies, career event management, counseling, and developing a digital badges system at the university. Justė was a Non-Formal Education Teacher at Robotikos akademija from November 2017 to September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Kaunas Local Labour Exchange from May 2013 to January 2018, where they held the positions of Career Consultant, Project Coordinator, and Senior Specialist. Their earliest known role was as an Associate Producer at Join us GROUP from March 2008 to November 2008.

Justė Balaišienė obtained a Bachelor of Education Sciences qualifying degree with a focus on Management of Educational Services from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, which they completed from 2006 to 2011. Justė furthered their education at the same institution and obtained both a Master's degree in Education Studies and a Teacher's Qualification in Education Quality Management, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
